Wizz Air has introduced a new direct flight connection between Budapest and Oslo, strengthening air connectivity between Hungary and Norway.
The Hungarian low-cost airline launched its Budapest–Oslo Gardermoen route on 25 October 2026, as part of its winter schedule.
The new service operates four times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. From May 2027, the frequency is expected to increase to five weekly flights.
The new connection offers more convenient and affordable travel options for both business and leisure passengers, supporting tourism and economic ties between Hungary and Norway.
The route also provides additional flexibility for travellers, making it easier to visit both capitals for business meetings, cultural experiences and personal travel.
