A top 100 ranking of the best golf courses in Europe has been published by the independent professional website Leading Courses. Zala Springs Golf Resort in Kehidakustány, the only Hungarian golf course in the ranking based exclusively on guest reviews, placed twentieth out of 21,299 clubs.
The golf course was created by a famous designer, Robert Trent Jones Jr. The 6,351-meter-long, 18-section championship course, located on an area of 160 hectares, dotted with lakes, was opened to players in September 2015 and has been continuously developed ever since.
Moreover a health clinic will be established in the next period, as well as new accommodations. In addition to hotel rooms, three different types of villas can also be purchased, not only by golf enthusiasts but by investors as well.
